1) What is the delivery time?

All chairs are custom made to order. Time to delivery is typically 3-4 weeks.

 

2) Is there a warranty?

All chairs have a lifetime structural warranty. Fabrics, foam, and mesh have a 10-year warranty. If a chair breaks, we will fix it for free! Replacement parts and labor are included. Please contact us for help submitting a warranty claim.

 

3) What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free! 

 

4) Do you offer bulk pricing?

Please contact us for special pricing on orders of 20 or more chairs.

 

5) Can I use my department's logo and colors?

Yes! Start here to customize your seating with your department logo and share color preferences so we can help you select custom fabrics.

 

6) Is Police Seating a brand?

No. PoliceSeating.com is a platform to purchase seating for police departments and, if desired, customize with their own logos.
